Cancellations: If the appointment is cancelled on the day it was confirmed and scheduled, I will charge a $50 fee. If the appointment is cancelled and I have already arrived at the piano, in addition to that I will charge a travel fee (50 cents per mile).
Travel Fee: If the piano is located beyond 30 miles of my business location, there will be a transportation fee (including tolls) for the TOTAL trip (50 cents per mile).
*Vic Hernandez Piano Tuning is a verified Limited Liability Company with a valid EIN equipped with Professional Liability Insurance and Benefits through the National Public Employee Alliance. No contracted license is required by piano technicians.*
